:: Episode 18: Kazuki is a Good Person
Tsuikaden (Additional Point)
Summary
After Jin's failure, there's still a third runner present, namely Shingo! Mihashi looks at him in his usual spooky fashion. Kazuki hits the ball, and Tajima makes a dive for it and catches it. No points for Tosei in this inning either! On his way back to the dugout, Mihashi trips, but Kazuki saves him. IH-IH-II HITO!! It's Mihashi's turn to bat very soon, but before he does, Abe tells him NOT to. Mihashi gets this weird reaction from it, however, so Abe takes it back.
MEANWHILE, Tajima tries to show the rest of the team how he reads Junta's movements, using their own number ten, Nishihiro, as an example. None of the others get it, but they sure are amazed!
So Mihashi skips off to bat and stuff! When throwing a forkball, Junta loses his grip, sending the ball flying, hitting Mihashi RIGHT on the keister. Abe runs to his aid, but Mihashi insists that he's fine! Chucks were had by Junta even as Mihashi gets on base. It's Abe's turn to bat! Tajima has Mihashi run around crazily, eventually getting him to the third base. The third runner is MIHASHI! Izumi bats and fails, and it's Sakaeguchi's time to show off.
Sakaeguchi sees a third runner in Mihashi, and stares intensely at him, which causes him to freak out, which again causes Sakaeguchi to feel bad! With some help from Nishihiro, Mihashi calms down again, and Sakaeguchi relaxes by flashing back to the meditation traning with his team. After much fooling around from everyone, Sakaeguchi finally gets a chance to hit... he hits, Mihashi runs, and makes it back home on time! Nishiura gets another point while Tosei is still stuck with zero!
